Facilitator - Oraganizes and facilitates the ACTS Core Meetings. Serves as primary point of contact. Mentors new Core Members. Oversees and directs the mentorship of the ACTS Retreat Director. Serves as de facto parish representative at ACTSM and ACTSM Chapter meetings or events.
Co-Facilitator - Serves as Facilitor in his or her absence. Coordinates retreat dates & centers. Mentors and supports ACTS Core members as needed.
Financial Coordinator - Accounts for monies allocated by the parish for ACTS purposes. Manages monies for the teams and retreatants for retreats and scholarships. Provides a financial report at the monthly meetings and parish Pastor.
Communications Coordinator - Responsible for recording Core Team minutes. Maintains a database of ACTS retreatant attendees and team member roles. Transmits official communication on behalf of ACTS Core to the parish community.
Retreat Support Coordinator(s) - This role can be held by two people: one man and one woman who would then support the retreat director by assisting in coordinating any outside support needed for the ACTS retreat beginning with sendoff, candlelight, the reception return Mass, and transportation to and from the retreat center. Works with ACTS retreat directors to coordinate and secure venue for the Team's Day Retreat.
Spiritual Coordinator(s) - This role can be held by two people: one man and one woman. Facilitates the ACTS Core's annual day retreat. Works with ACTS retreat directors and spiritual companions to support as needed. Organizes prayer events for the parish and coordinates with ACTS retreat leadership to facilitate faith sharing groups.
Retreat Supply Coordinator - Responsible for building and maintaining inventory of supplies for all ACTS retreats. Receives purchase requests from ACTS retreat directors for any supplies needed. Develops a check-out and in system for all supplies needed for retreats.
*All roles are supportive of any other duties needed to support ACTS retreats and ACTS Core activities for the parish as assigned by the facilitator.
